THERAPEUTIC OBJECTIVE MEDITATION
Achieving an altered state of awareness through THERAPEUTIC OBJECTIVE MEDITATION is a ‘Super Food’ which enhances the effectiveness of your intelligence (mind), body, spirit and emotions.
By connecting your mind, body, and spirit, and emotions with the greatest powers of all creation through Objective Meditation, you generate entirely new points of view and a whole new way of perceiving the wonders of your expanding universe.
The environment in which one meditates should be as tranquil and as free from distractions and interruptions as possible. Conversations, loud noises, doorbells, phones, device notifications, radio, TV, and etcetera.
Wear loose fitting clothing. Sit comfortably, with your body in good alignment. This can be on the ground or floor with legs folded, in full or semi-lotus position, or simply in a chair with both feet flat on the floor. Place hands in lap or on thighs with palms facing up and fingers loosely separated. Do not be tempted to touch thumbs to any of the fingers or fingertips as this restricts, shunts, or blocks the free flow of energy through your body. CETHH also recommends that you breathe in and out through your nose, as slowly as possible, at all times – no matter what you are doing.
Gently close your eyes. Place the tip of your tongue loosely against the roof of your mouth. Breathe as slowly as you can; pausing for several seconds between each inhalation and exhalation. With each cycle of breathing in and out, think the word ‘relax’ (you may substitute a word or phrase of your choice such as peace, calm down, etc.) ) and allow your body to relax more and more deeply.
When you reach a level when you are feeling very relaxed, yet mentally alert (alpha state), this is a good time to enter into Objective Meditation.
Obtain a small, durable object from Nature, such as a pocket size QUCCN (Quartz Crystal Cluster Nugget), small stone, shell, pine cone segment, etc. - which you will be able to carry on or about your person (in your pocket, neck or waist pouch, etc.), touch frequently, and use during your daily Objective Meditation sessions.
Relax with your object in hand, and enter the alpha state. You may wish to consider using meditation music containing certain frequencies, to help you relax and reach the alpha state.
Start an intimate examination of your object; both visually and by touch. Each object is truly unique. There is nothing else like it in the entire Universe! The more you examine your object, the more you will find out about it, and the deeper you will bond with it.
Pay attention to its general appearance and to every detail; its myriad of colors, shapes, density, texture, temperature, reflectivity, symmetries and irregularities. Notice how different it feels when you place it against your skin on different parts of your body; arms, hands, torso, face, legs, scalp, ears, feet, lips, and etcetera. It may even have its own peculiar taste. Don’t expect to do all this in one session. You have a lifetime of truly amazing – even miraculous - experiences ahead of you.

You may wish to talk to your object, sing to it, think to it, listen to it, inhale its essence, or communicate with it in various other ways. Examine any feelings or emotions you may have connected with it, to it, or about it. Use your Imagination. What does it look like inside? Use your Intuition. What is it saying to you? Be innovative.
QUCCNs are bio-intelligent. The more attention you pay to them, the more vibrations of healthful, healing energy they sends back to you. Feel and receive this energy. Express your gratitude.
More intense scrutiny, with differing powers of magnifying glasses, will reveal even more if its details. The more you learn about your object, the greater your powers of observation will become. The more you concentrate, the deeper your power of concentration will be. The same can be said of each of the Higher Faculties of Your Mind.
Over a period of time you may come to realize what a profound role Therapeutic Objective Meditation plays in the process of your personal, perpetual, and progressive growth and eternal transformation.
