REDUCE STRESS

One of our mottos (sayings, slogans) is – ‘Think Truth, Regardless of Appearances’. For example: If you are stressed out and at your wits end (appearance), this is good, because it brought you to us (truth).

 

Helpful Hint: If you are stressed out, sit down (if you can), gently close your eyes and take three to five slow, deep breaths before continue reading. Do it right now, before you continue any further.

 

In today’s world, STRESS is the number one contributing factor to illness and dis-ease. Some issues which contribute to this are:

  •  
  • Overwhelming debt.    Being over-worked.     Fatigue.     Impatience.     Frustration.

  • Trauma.     Worry.     Competitive exams.     Fear.     Confrontation.     Dissatisfaction.

  • Hopelessness.     Sadness.     And etcetera. 

It is no wonder that a great many people lose their natural immunity and prematurely succumb to dis-ease, debility, and, ultimately, death.

 

You may be desperately attempting to adhere to a fast-paced style of living, while, in the meantime, your state of health is quickly deteriorating. You are really in a predicament. You are always on the go. You use canned, packaged, and otherwise processed foods, fast foods and take-out services to make mealtime quick and simple. You never really feel great, so you take over the counter medicines, consult with doctors and clinics, and take their prescription drugs and vaccines. When things really get bad, you become hospitalized.

 

If you can relate to any of these things, you have, unintentionally, made your situation much, much worse.

 

‘Think Truth, Regardless of Appearances.’ In an amazingly clever scheme, the American Medical Association - in collusion with Big Pharma and the Food Industry - have formed a pact of deception, which makes them the number one enemy of children and adults throughout the world.

 

‘Think Truth, Regardless of Appearances.’ Their goal is to make it necessary for you to intensify your frenzied lifestyle, devitalize your state of health and keep you fatigued and stressed out. Part of their nefarious (wicked, evil, despicable) chicanery (flimflam, trickery, dishonesty) is to rob you of your hard earned dollars, and cause as many ailments, disorders, infections, diseases, and other serious illnesses as they possibly can. They actually want you to die an untimely (early, premature) death.

 

Don’t get me wrong. Most of the people engaged in these related jobs and professions are just trying to make an ‘honest’ living. Most of them really think they are doing their part to help humanity. In reality, though, they have been duped (fooled, tricked, conned, hoodwinked, cheated) as much, or to a deeper extent, than you have been. They have unwittingly become minions (gofers, underlings, slaves) to a small group of elitists (top class, self-selected, exclusive), who want to dramatically reduce the population by seventy percent (70%) and gain control over the world.

 

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? If so, it is time for you to slow down for just a minute and assess (take a look at, evaluate) yourself.

 

Are you ready to face reality? You may think you are hurling toward the bottom of a bottomless pit, and if you keep spiraling downward, you’re gonna’ die.

 

‘Think Truth, Regardless of Appearances.’ Don’t despair. Don’t give up hope. Even if your life is topsy-turvy and completely out of balance, all is not lost. If you desperately need for things to get better in your life, try doing some things a little differently, because doing the same thing over and over again - and expecting different results - is absolutely insane!

The peace of mind which comes from just knowing that Y.A.N.A. is the start of a whole new beginning for you. Your thoughts, for instance, have become calmer because the process of healing yourself has already begun. Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds, then, let it out in a sigh of deep relief. Stay with me for five minutes and you will feel the difference as I show you how this works.

 

The Peace and Calming you deserve can come about as simply as turning your attention to your breathing. Keep breathing at the same rate and rhythm as you are presently doing. Take another deep breath and imagine that your disturbing thoughts are a black and sooty smoke. As you breathe out (exhale), they vanish completely into space as soon as they leave your body.

 

A bright white light descends upon you. Imagine that you are breathing in (inhaling) an abundance of white light, peace and blessings which completely wash over and cleanse your mind, body, and spirit.

 

Continue visualizing the bad going out and the good coming in for two dozen (twenty-four) breathing cycles or until you note that your mind has become peaceful and alert.

 

You have successfully completed a simple breathing meditation. Now welcome the peace, calming, and blessings you have received.

 

The human mind can only concentrate on one thing at a time. By concentrating on your breathing in this manner, you exercise control over stressful counter-productive thoughts and they temporarily flee away. Get in the habit of doing this several times each day.

 

To magnify the benefits of stress-reduction techniques, use them in conjunction with other productive coping skills, such as meditation, exercise, relaxation techniques, thinking positively, laughter, problem-solving, time management, as well as reaching out to friends, family members and support groups.

 

The Valley of Renewell offers many keys to solving dilemas, which have the potential of making your life less stressful and your days and nights filled with more and more pleasant feelings.
